For clients in international and English-speaking markets, edited images are typically delivered by the next local business morning, depending on upload time and time zone. For example, files sent in the evening from London can be processed overnight by our Hong Kong team, which operates 7 hours ahead. For Hong Kong full-service clients, photos are delivered next-day as standard (same-day for smaller units). Video is an optional add-on with its own timeline — confirmed in your quote.
We accept RAW files (Canon CR2/CR3, Nikon NEF, Sony ARW, Fujifilm RAF), bracketed JPEGs, and any standard camera format. Edited images are returned as high-resolution JPEGs at your specified size and DPI. Layered TIFFs available on request. All deliveries go through your private Listd portal — exclusive link with downloads, selections, and comments.
Every job includes one round of revisions at no extra charge. If the edit does not match your brief or style notes, flag it and we will re-deliver within the same business day. We ask that style preferences are included with the original upload to reduce back-and-forth.
Email a download link or attach files directly to hello@listd.space. When your edit is ready, we notify you and deliver through your private Listd portal — not third-party file shares. Include a brief style note (e.g. natural, bright, warm HDR) and we handle the rest.
No minimum. You can send a single image or a full day's shoot. Volume rates apply for batches of 20+ images per order, or for photographers who send regular weekly batches. Contact us for a studio rate.
Yes. For agency clients and studios requiring confidentiality, we sign NDAs on request. Client files are stored securely for delivery and agreed revisions.
